As artificial intelligence reshapes the external world and social and planetary pressures intensify, it’s no longer enough to rely on external structures to give us direction. Now more than ever, we’re being called to root into our own inner authority - into the wisdom of the body, the clarity of the present moment, and the truths that live beneath the noise.
This 10-week group coaching intensive offers tangible, embodied strategies to support you in disrupting unconscious patterns, healing internalized systems of oppression, and learning to respond to life with agency, adaptability, and deep self-trust.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
The Details
✓ June 9th - August 11th, 2025
✓ 10 (2 hr) sessions beginning weekly on Mondays, from 3-5 PT in an intimate group coaching container, personally facilitated by Dené. Recordings will be made available for individuals who can’t attend live.
✓ Homework assignments, journal prompts, content summary PDFs handouts, weekly recaps, and tangible tools to practice executing throughout the process, while receiving feedback from Dené.
✓ Guided mediations, trouble shooting current individual and collective challenges, and real time coaching support from Dené throughout the duration of the coaching container .
✓ Opportunities to process in community and cultivate relationships with like-minded seekers .
