I’m Dené; Group Facilitator, Therapist, Author and Wisdom Seeker living in Los Angeles.
I have always been fascinated by the larger existential questions:
what drives human behavior?
why do our relationships feel so challenging?
what is required to live a life where we thrive?
For much of the early years of my life, I felt a deep discomfort in my skin.
I spent a great deal of time in the exploration of various holistic healing modalities to find my way back to a solid relationship with myself. I can see now that this was a necessary part of my path so that I could support others in doing the same. Today, I have found a deep love affair with the work of finding our way back to our Souls and learning how to be in right relationship with ourselves and those around us.
Today I support others in releasing patterns of self-abandonment.
I help them identify culturally conditioned limiting beliefs so that they can begin to live a life where they are governed by an inner authority in a way that feels meaningful and in alignment with the highest Truth of who they are.
I utilize a strength based, psychodynamic approach in my work with clients and draw from my background in depth psychology, somatic movement and mindfulness to provide an integrated approach to achieving emotional well being.
